How to request your refund?

  • Include in your request the name used for the purchase and the associated email address.

  • We will process your request as soon as possible. We guarantee a full refund, with no questions and no complications.

Conditions:

  • The request must be made within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed via the same payment method originally used.

  • After the refund is made, your access to the members area and course materials will be revoked.
